(Blanc) Le nez révèle des notes de fleurs de pêche, de nectarine et plus légèrement de chèvrefeuille et d’agrumes (citron, clémentine, pamplemousse). La bouche est fraiche, équilibrée, et offre une bonne densité. En bouche on retrouve des notes de citron mûrs et plus légèrement d’orange, de pamplemousse et de pomme granny en arrière plan. Bonne longueur en bouche.

Owners Joseph and Bernadette produce this wine from two hectares of clay limestone soils, with a blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Semillon, given eight months in barrel (30% new oak). Lees stirring adds to the rich, gourmet feel, definitely feel the exuberance of the oak and the Semillon, but also lovely rich fat candied lemon, and a crisp minerality. Bring on the roast chicken . 13%abv. Drink 2015-2019.

This 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Sémillon blend has hints of toastiness and spice along with ripe yellow fruits. It is still young, the texture coming together with acidity and spice mixing with the fruitness. Drin this fragrant wine from the Arbo family's tiny 3.7-acre vineyard from 2016.
